  Lists all fixtures, social events and any other bookings together in one place, allowing members to better plan their visits to the course.
• Course details / map
  Description, yardages and a slide show for each hole. An add-on to the standard package includes a comprehensive plan of the whole course with links to detailed drawings of each hole.
• Fees & applications
  Current membership and green fees with an online application form.
• Fixtures
  Upcoming gents, ladies and juniors fixtures for this year and next.
• Open competitions
  Downloadable forms for open competitions.
• Competition results (optional)
  Competition details, results and scorecards. These are automatically uploaded to the website and available to all members through a secure member login.
• Social events
  Social events at the club for this year and next.
• Societies & visitors
  Current society deals with an online booking form.
• Club facilities
  Information on functions rooms, catering facilities, bar menu etc.
• Proshop
  Proshop and tution details.

Keeping the website updated

The problem with most websites is that, because maintaining them is often a chore, they soon become out-of-date. However, with ClubFace, keeping your website fresh and current has never been easier!

All updates are done via the website. So for example, once you've logged in as an administrator, it's a quick and simple process to add, edit or remove news items, as well as including photos alongside the text.

If you want to split the responsibility, you can assign a login to someone for updating the news, another login to someone for updating the fixtures etc.

Competition Results

An invaluable feature that sets the ClubFace apart from other golf websites is the ability to easily upload your existing competition data onto the website and present up-to-the-minute results to all members.

Now members can see how they and everyone else performed in any competition, with a full scorecard instantly available.
